All financial transactions on the 36ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 36ph does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions processed through supported Philippine payment channels.
Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank of the Philippines, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 36ph's discretion and will be reflected in the Platform's Wallet section.
Deposits to the 36ph Platform are used exclusively for gaming purposes on the Platform. 36ph does not accept deposits for any purpose other than wagering. Player funds are held separately from 36ph operational capital in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 36ph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 36ph Content without the prior written consent of 36ph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 36ph's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the 36ph Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
36ph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government orders, telecommunications failures, or acts outside 36ph's reasonable control; (d) losses resulting from the Player's own negligence, violation of these Terms, or use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 36ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 36ph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
36ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority, or if 36ph determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
In the event of account termination for cause, 36ph may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Real-money funds legitimately deposited and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the verified source payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before account closure is finalized.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Law), the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and the applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and 36ph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting 36ph customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process. For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
36ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 36ph will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or through an announcement on the 36ph Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or PAGCOR direction.
Your continued use of the 36ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the 36ph Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.
